S.M.S. Office Staff Strives to Serve the Public
The main goal of the Safford Middle School office staff is to help answer any questions that students, staff, parents and visitors may have. Our staff can give you information on scheduled activities, teachers' schedules, set up appointments and serve as your link to anything you might need from the school or its staff. Brenda Valdez is the principal's secretary, Pamala Gonzales is in charge of attendance and scheduling, and Olga Carbajal is the assistant principal's secretary and is also in charge of student records. We have student office aides who provide friendly and efficient assistance to all visitors. We hope your visit to our school is a pleasant one!

| Guidelines for Parents
All visitors are required to sign in and obtain a pass when they come to our school.
Only parents/guardians may check out students.
Please notify the office when your child is absent. Call the attendance line or Mrs. Gonzales at 348-7040, extension 4700.
The school nurse, Mrs. Schwallier, is on our campus from 7:30 to 11:30 each day.
For appointments to see Mr. Emery or Mr. Burnside, call extension 4701 or 4706.
